Shipping Policy:
Standard Delivery Rate $8 for non-qualified delivery orders
Standard Shipping Rate $40 for non-qualified shipping orders
* Limit Time Deal items are excluded from free shipping, extra shipping fees will apply.
Free Standard Shipping:Orders over $65 before tax
Return Policy:
To avoid cross-infection between pets, we do not accept any forms of exchange or return.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Refund will be issued upon receive of the returned product, you will then receive the refund in 5-10 business days on your original payment method.

COVID-19 DELAY UPDATE
Due to COVID-19 there may be delays on certain packages that have required up to 40 business days to be delivered.
If for any reason your package has not updated within this 40 day period please contact us at fourpet-sreivce@outlook.com. All packages not delivered within this time will be resent with a free gift for the inconvenience. This is a worst-case scenario and we’ve seen some packages update within 10-15 days and be delivered shortly after. We apologize for this unexpected delay and hope to see your package update and be delivered soon.
